Window Invisible Grill Installation in Ranchi

Protect bedroom, kitchen and staircase-facing windows from accidental falls without hiding the outside view behind bulky iron bars. A near-invisible SS304 wire rope barrier is fitted directly into your window frame or wall opening.

Why Windows Are a Different Challenge Than Balconies

A window opening is smaller than a balcony but often sits at a height where a child can climb onto a sill or a cot placed nearby - and the window frame itself may not be strong enough to anchor a heavy barrier directly. We assess whether wires should run inside the frame reveal, across the external face of the window, or into the surrounding wall, depending on the frame material (wood, UPVC or aluminium) and how it was originally fixed.

Which Windows Actually Need It

Not every window needs a grill. We generally recommend it for: bedroom windows on the first floor or above, especially in a child's room; kitchen windows that open onto a shaft or drop; any window a bed, sofa or low table sits directly beneath, since furniture turns a window into a climbable ledge; and windows on a staircase landing where a person could lean out over an open drop.

Our Fitting Method

For wood and masonry-surrounded windows we drill into the wall reveal on either side and run horizontal or vertical wires at 4-4.5 inch spacing. For UPVC or aluminium frame windows where drilling into the frame itself would void the frame's own warranty, we install a discreet surrounding frame or use wall-anchored posts just outside the window opening instead, keeping the original window unaltered.

Installation Process

  1. Assessment - our technician checks frame material, wall type and window height above floor level.
  2. Anchor plan - we decide between frame-side drilling, wall-reveal anchoring or an external post frame.
  3. Wire fitting - SS304 wire rope threaded and tensioned across the opening with brass end fittings.
  4. Pull-test & handover - every wire is checked for tension and spacing before we walk you through basic upkeep.

Why Choose Kushal Kraft for Window Grills

Window openings vary a lot more than balconies do - frame depth, sill height, glass type and whether there is a mosquito mesh already fitted all change the approach. Our technicians carry frame-specific anchor hardware for wood, masonry, UPVC and aluminium, so we do not force a one-size-fits-all fitting onto a frame it was not designed for. We are based in Ranchi and also serve Jamshedpur, Dhanbad, Bokaro, Hazaribagh, Deoghar, Giridih and Ramgarh for larger residential and school projects.
